Fantastic resource worthy of everyone's bookshelf

Having taken every one of Professor Warnken's criminal law courses at UB, all of which used the raw material for this book as their texts, I can say that Professor Warnken's exhaustive study on Maryland criminal law and procedure is well-organized, thorough, and extremely useful. In its final form - with lay-flat pages no less! - it is an absolutely essential item on any practitioner's bookshelf (not to say I haven't held on to my law school binders as well!). I'm an associate in a civil law firm and nevertheless have already found myself referencing this treatise for assistance. This book truly is the Professor's magnum opus.
